Question isp telecom throttling

i only have a few complaints with telekom customers. In the morning everything is ok, the later in the day you look, the buffering freezer and interruptions start to increase.
that concerns only the telkom customers with allena dneren everything is ok.

I've tried many dc always the same thing for a while everything ok then it starts again.

meanwhile I suspect that the error is somewhere else.
if the client uses a vpn it works.

maybe someone has a solution to this?

Some providers do this on purpose, I wouldn't be surprised if you said the ISP is "Deutsche Telekom".

Do you have an idea what to do there? I've read a lot about it. but have found no real solution for iptv providers.

customers tell me that a dneres iptv works normally.
I have already tried servers in many premium data centers.
