Request Is there solution for LogoSyS video out is frequently stuck ??

I have windows 10 -64 bit with 32 gb ram , core i7-8700K cpu. For the testing i have install the logosys 6.4 full . I have intesity 4k for output , after i create the playlist and capture out the video stuck and plays . What could be the solution ?? If any one know please help me out . as i could not fing much load on memory

what gpu do you have ? as even with 32 gb ram it could run your system dry at 4k if they have bugs

nvidia geforce GTX 1050Ti
when i run the taskManager it only uses 13-15% CPU and 170MB ram
only issue is the video stuck and plays , all driver of black magic are updated one

In which PCI Slot you have placed Intensity 4K card. You should use 16x PCI Slot. i.e The slot similar to where your graphic card sitting right now.

Does the PCI slot matter on this case , brother ???
As Intensity 4K card only sit on 16x PCI lot
