Is there any Alternative of FFMPEG

Hello , I need the alternative for FFMPEG for encoding and transcoding that supports Linux server . Is there any opensource application , or web base software like stream builders so all task can be done using web basis , no more scrits be required .
I also need to decrease the delay while trascoding the channels . Could you guys help me to provide solution .

Bro thankyou , i have this one , but its only suitable for creating a single profile transcoding i need 3 profile with different bitrate .. if possible i need all open source code that is suitable for linux server
