hello friends , im just wondering , because i had a conversation with a iptv guy and he said he doesnt need dvb t2 etc with card at his home to scan the channels with astra cesbo , because he got it from his provider where he host his dedicated server and is it possible ? i asked him where het got it,but he didnt told me that .

is it possible to get a virtual dvb-s/-c/-t addon etc ? if yes where can i get it ?
or he lied to me ?

this is not virtual, its called colocation ..... all webhosting do that

it's called data centers for satellite providers, it's very expensive and big risk to find a stable provider with good support

There was one provider that provides hosting for satellite too, I forgot it's name, if you scan UDP after you order dedicated server you can find the channels without buying the access, but keep in mind they can find you very soon, from other hand some people using it for months and never got coutght.
