Can someone give or make an iptv app that support http header like tivimate. I really need to watch TV from my m3u playlist that given by my TV provider. I don't want to waste money for Android box... ???

There are many apps for this. What you reference is option for changing User Agent. Really, your provider should be familiar with this and should be helping you.
