If you are using IPTV Smarters Pro app on Android phone, you don't need to register DNS. You can access the app features directly, however to access some premium features you have to take paid plan.
On the other hand, for Samsung and LG Smart TV, there is a need to register DNS with "WHMCS Smarters" firm.
