I customized it for my own use, thought i will share it here and need to get some inputs for further customizations.
This app has hardcoded url, but its not hidden, i tried hard but not able to remove it from visibility.
Its already android:visibility="gone" for url field.

To Hardcode your url replace my url : smali_classes2\com\nst\iptvsmarterstvbox\view\activity\LoginActivity.smali
you can use notepad ++ to replace http://ex.cdnstreams.com:8880

i have checked on one other app and cant find that url location either? are they different for different versions?
