IPTV Smarters Cannot Connecting into Server

When I changed dns into my IP it is not connecting to my Server.
25500 or 80 which is the port to use in dns update for IPTV Smarters Pro? and also in XC Smarters?

This is the error after reloading nginx and updating port 80 , My admin panel port is 25500.
