how to solve it

It's not easy, especially now when most ISPs have an agreement with Sky. You should start by hiding your domain behind cloudflare if you haven't done it yet.

Common sense don’t sell of Facebook, Reddit etc... try stay hidden.

try to resolve using a VPN!
