IPTV cross-platform app

I need an IPTV cross-platform app for Tizen TV, LG WebOS, Android TV, Android Mobile, IOS.

Exactly like "DuplexPlay" and "SET IPTV".​

The app should work with older and newer TVs.

The trial period for users 1 week, after that activation required with a fee payable with PayPal.

The app should be able to pull the device's mac address so we were sure that the user will get a 1-week free trial 1-time per device.

Main Memu Menu should display:

LIVE TV

VOD

SERIES

RADIO

Settings: Parental Control , Etc,add player

The backend for device management is ready to use (I will provide our website and all the APIs to the developer).

The user should be able to Mark the channel FAVORITE for easier access.

The app will pull the info for the playlist (name, m3u URL) from our API.

Users should add a playlist from our website and the app will sync with our API to display It to the user (Th website is ready to use).

The Developer should be familiar with IPTV projects.
