The problem that most versions of this transcoder is limited channels ... I need to transcode more than 100 channels .

The problem that most versions of this transcoder is limited channels ... I need to transcode more than 100 channels .

As i mentioned in our private convention:

The Bandwith of your Network card for the raw streams (8-15Mbps) is on one PC not enough.
The real total useable bandwith of a 1Gbps Network Card is max. 987 Mbps or 123 MB/s.

So if you have 100 Channels, you have to Calculate:
100 x (8-15Mbps) = 800-1500 Mbps

This will overload the Bandwith of the Network Adapter. You have the Split 100 Channels transcoding to multiple PC.

You have also to note, that the transcoding process takes a lot GPU Power. With one Nvidia GTX 1060 with 6GB you are to transcode max 20 FullHD Channels. So you need also 5x Nvidia GTX 1060 with 6GB for 100 Channels.
