"IP FORBIDDEN" error using Xtream-Codes API

We have XC version 2 and when I fetch this API call

/api.php?action=server&sub=list

I get

{"result":false,"0":"IP FORBIDDEN"}

I have access to MySQL DB but how can I fix it not? XC admin panel is down and we have to fix it only from DB.

authorise the ip on database : setting > api_ips

how? like 2.2.2.2,3.3.3.3,4.4.4.4 ? separate with cama?
I take time to update IP allow list?

any command or tutorial change api_ip from settings table

believe only one ip that allow as api connect
if you know from code can add a "new" php script with code validation and not with ip to execute api command
