I Need to create LIVE TV CHANNEL Using Xtream UI

I want to create LIVE TV CHANNEL or LIVE VOD Stream TV Platform Using Xtream UI hosted on my server as a broadcaster.

+ The solution will stream Live VOD and series 24/7.
+ The solution will have a VOD advertisement placement ability.
+ And possibly able to schedule VOD to play at a specific time.

Please advise, also I am able to hire an expert member here to help me realize it.

At first you need a IPTV Panel like this:

X-TEKO IPTV Panel v. 3.0.7 you can find here at the Board.
Next is, you need a UseNet Account and find some good Movies or Series you want to show.
If you want monetize by Pay per View Xtream UI don't work for you. Right now I only know EZServer can do this but the Script need to take care a little bit.
schedule VOD is same like Pay per View or Video on Demond just start a Stream by a CronJob ... this can both scripts handle by API.

Live TV Channels you need a very good working source ... easy to find re-streams all over in the Internet but the most don't stable. So you need to have local or at the best own local streams. If you need more Infos ... get in touch with me.

I don't know if I made myself cleared in my post, The Live TV Channel I am trying to launch will be a standalone Live TV Channel Platform, where my users can send us their royalty free contents, and I will host the content on my Google drive, and add the vod link to my Xtream UI. It does not require iptv restream or user subscription kind of stuff.

I am trying to launch something similar to: MTV channels that will stream content as live 24/7 tv channel.

- Continuous and linear transition, or may with any effects ?
- Should there be any short promotional or jingles vidoes between the main videos?
- How long time should the video process be scheduled for? (1day, 1 week, 1 month ?)

Will the client video files already transcoded and ready for web streaming or do you need transcode it for them or should the files transcode "on-the-fly" ?

Do you want secure your broadcast with any DRM ?

These are just a few questions that come to mind and there many other things have to be clarified before you want to start such a project. You cannot be successful without proper planning.

COMMENT: YES, as SINGLE CHANNEL.

If so, so how should the transitions between the video files ?
COMMENT: It could be continuous or made with linear transition. I am not sure what is best.

COMMENT: If I understand the process, it should be continue

COMMENT: YES sir, for monetarization, we'll need jingles videos between main video as possible.

- How long time should the video process be scheduled for? (1day, 1 week, 1 month ?)
COMMENT: Video process should be schedule for a week and a month at most.

Will the client video files already transcoded and ready for web streaming or do you need transcode it for them or should the files transcode "on-the-fly" ?
COMMENT: Clients videos will be uploaded to google drive, and from there I'll add vod link to the Xtream panel, the VOD link will be ready for stream. I can handle that process on my end.

Thank you for Wowza recommendation, I am looking for standalone software that can be use with my Xtream panel and not a monthly subscription service offered by wowza. Moreover, wowza prices are way too expensive. Sorry!
