I have a problem with the xtream application and panel, meaning that a user who gets a username and password can connect to it on more than one device at the same time
This is because most of my proxies are via the direct connection. I do not have proxies to re-broadcast them. This is the problem that I suffer from. Is there a solution to make one user use the application for him only and block any other login process with the same data

You have created a new user
And one person has set max to call

Pretty sure your problem is because you have put your Channels as direct...
