Question I can't add a security camera

Hello, I was looking everywhere and I couldn't find it, I have a surveillance camera that can be viewed at the following address,

rtsp://user: pass@ip: port/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0

when he entered it, the stream never starts, from vlc I can see it without problems.

The camera is an ezip brand, it is the same as dahua, I want to stream it as a channel.

So IP i take it POE camera connectected to NVR , DVR or XVR? my company distribute Dahua (largest in the UK) , i configure the recorders before shipment , i got a good idea on how , but ill have to test my theory out first , i assume you can view from your phone using dmss

We do not use DVR or NVR, the cameras are only for visualization. We enter directly to the streams of the camera with the address that I left above.

Yes, through DMSS I can see them without problems.

I can view by rstp, but that link when I put it in xtream ui does not work, it actually resets the counter every 10 seconds
