Hello, I'm using Xtream UI CK41 mod. When the number of online users reaches around 600, some users experience freezing issues. Not everyone has this problem; about 10-20% of users are affected. The CPU, RAM, and network speed usage on the servers is green.
We have 4 servers with 1Gbps (approximately 75 online users per server) i7 64GB RAM each, and 1 server with 10Gbps (approximately 250-300 online users) i9 128GB RAM.
Streaming bitrate is 4000.
Do you have any suggestions to address this issue? Paid assistance is also an option for me. Thank you.
