Request How To Make Transcode Option Working

I have made a rule of Transcode in the Settings page, H264, and AAC.

Standard H264 AAC

{"-vcodec":"h264","-acodec":"aac"}

When I select this transcode rule in my stream whose codes are MPEGTS and MP2 and restart the codecs remain the same and codecs don't change.

Please help me what to do
