Question How to make info loop channel?

hi, i would like to make a channel for my clients with some latest news. let say i have 15s recorder .mp4 file with text and some music. i would like to make it live like .m3u8 and to be played constantly not only on demand. is there any way to do this in xtream ui?

Pretty basic one this, just create an MP4 video and upload it somewhere (I upload to one of my servers) then put it in your xtream ui panel.
