HI and Goodmornig , Good evening or Good Day to You all, I am Sam trying to find my way around so I have taken advise and downloaded a Smarters Hard coded APK and I decompiled it using the easy tool and APK studio ok so could not make any changes as I am still at the very early stage of learning. I thought I would like to run this and just see what it is like and I wanted to run it on my windows PC but cant and dont know how to install this on my PC to run as a programto play IPTV do I have to install some thing else. then I download Smarters from their site int just runs setup so now I dont know how to go and run this. I will need to know for when I make changes Like dns and images etc becaus the idea it to give and allow others to use and run this to watch IPV thanks for any and all advise /help have a nice day
