To change any kind of images (logo, background, favicon)
Go to /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/admin/assets/images

Instead of clearing cache everytime etc... try to use private browser (just close the private tab and re-open it, and all to be good)
Firefox private browser : ctrl + shift + p
Other browers (chrome, opera...) : ctrl + shift + n
