Question How many connections I need?

I will have 200 customers for first. I want to know how many connections need to buy to re stream provider. My server takes the source and it counts 1 connection and then my customers connect to my server so dont connect to my re streamer connection so? It counts only 1 connection?

yes! on demand streams would only open when the connection itself opens, otherwise it doesnt affect your connection count. As for live streamed content it will always be used connection
