High CPU usage on VOD Server

My VOD server uses 100% cpu. I deleted the server and installed a new server. But the problem is still the same. can you please help me?

had this problem, if you have any live lines it will always be 100% of the CPU, suggest that you put in ondemend all the lines you have on that same server and not live

I have some problem since i changed Os Ubuntu 14.04 to 18.04
My provider dosent support 14.04 anymore

high CPU problem is usually due to disk problem. Disk speed does not support the number of people online.

I have same vods files client before on the server with 14.04 , i taked new dedicated more performed but i installed ubuntu 18.04 and with same files vod and less client connected
This problem it's about Ubuntu 18.04 even LBS try to change your os with same streams you will see the difference trust me
XC original advice always to install Ubuntu 14 ,i'm not saying thats from XUI becauseXUI its just a panel works with mysql and api...
