I am trying to install the server in whmcs, but when I give the test connection a try, the mysql rejects, I suppose that someone else will have passed it, I have tried to put the two root users of mysql and the one of xtream_iptvpro with your passwords but nothing

what are you really installing? whmcs on a server or a whmcs addon?
your query above is not clear and you need to be more explicit if you want help. Please specify each name and the steps you have used.

Excuse me, for explaining me wrong.
I have the whmcs installed in my vps, and in the same vps I have the xtream ui, (only for testing)
Now what I want to do is install the server so that it communicates with xtream codes.
excuse me again if I don't explain myself well, this is totally new for me, and I've been trying to install everything for many days

on same server? add host = localhost, port = 7999 and use username = user_iptvpro, password that give you xtream-ui after installation complete (that also use for loadbalance servers)
on other server do the same but with xtream-ui ip (will work if firewall not active on your whmcs host server).

faakher, sorry for opening a new thread, but my problem is that whmcs does not connect to the database, because it rejects it. now i am testing with the vps server where i have whmcs and another vps where i have the xtream ui ... and there is no way. QUESTION:
I need to add that server to the database first, right?

I need to add that server to the database first, right?

1. You have to installall Xtream-UI successful
2. You have to write down the password for the user "xtream_iptvpro" which is generated in the last installation step procedure of XtreamUI Panel
3. Be sure that no firewall or other iptable rules are enable and cause the the connection between WHMCS and XtreamUI DB

If the issue still exists, try to login manually with user "xtream_iptvpro" and it's password to the Xtream-UI DB:

mysql -u xtream_iptvpro -p

Enter the Password for this user and try whether you can login and user credentials are working.

Fakher, thank u so match for the anwer, but i can´t enter to db xtream_iptvpro.
this is the result: ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'xtream_iptvpro'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

i grant privileges for user xtream_iptvpro
GRANT ALL PRIGILEGES ON *.* TO 'xtream_iptvpro'@'localhost';

I already managed to enter the mysql of xtream_iptvpro, I was setting the password wrong. But even so, whmcs does not connect to the xtream user, mission impossible. it seems to me that the port is closed ... which is the global problem of the question

sudo python /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/pytoolsconfig.py DECRYPT
at your main xtream-UI server and copy username + password of that file for use in whmcs

I have tried to get into the xtream mysql from another vps that I have, and I can get in from the outside ... but from whmcs still can't connect ... I don't understand what's going on ... it must be whmcs failure, for that from another vps I can enter mysql without problems, in the user that I want ...
