Hello, i tried to upgrade my account using bit2me app, i created an invoice and scanned the qr but they sent me an email telling that the transaction could not be completed; any directions on how to do it?

I just check our payment gateway logs. You try multiple time an upgrade and each time I saw that the Invoice was expired.

May your transactions fee rate (sat/vB) is to low.
