I paid for an account upgrade, but it hasn't been applied yet. However my payment is showing 6+ confirmations on the block chain. Can an admin please look at it for me?

I just check the payment logs, there no transactions when searching under you member name.

Let me know the date and amount you sent, I will check them also the payment processor logs
