help transcoding

hello guys i always have problems with outgoing flows vcl does not open mrl someone helps me please it's a source transcoding problem i have my configuration help me please. i have a good server recommended a nice panel but the days go by and i can't send anything on line .

Give more info if you need help.you want us to guess what software you are using to transcode???
Xtream V1 or UI ,ffmpeg that are so many ones.

You to provide more details.

Basically Software based transcoding without GPU Support takes a lot of CPU Power. I you just want transcode some channels it is okey.
I you want transcode more than 5-10 Channels, i strongly recommend you to use GPU based transcoding.
The next question is, which kind of source you want transcode (which input signal) ? HDMI, DVB-T/C/S2 or IP-Stream ?

hello you are right maybe I explained myself wrong, amount of m3u flows on r20 everything works but when I download m3u on vcl I always have the same problem

The entrance cannot be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file: /// C: /Users/xxxx/Downloads/tv_channels_xxxxxx%20%284%29.m3u'. Check the log for details.
I read everything but I need some configuration help maybe thanks.

So as i understand, you can download the m3u playlist but you can not play the streams ?
it looks like GeoLite issue.

Please start on your main server following command and try it then again.
