Help, Mag boxes from greece not working

HI can anyone help me here,

I'm trying to add a Mag box that located in Greece, The Box is showing STB Blocked contact, but in information its showing the expire date 2020,

There i no blocking in the panel or database & other mag boxes are working when added

The portal is right. Cud they are seeing the blocked stb page. If it was wrong they would not see & say server error.
But seeing the expiry date
