if you have dongle you can make emulator it is very hard procedure but this software have a dual security Dongle+Hardware ID. maybe anyone help you..

Like @DreamyEyes pointed, you are dealing with what is known as a "HASP Key." You can emulate the dongle, but you need the dongle to clone. The other option is to reverse the entire program and remove the checks for the dongle. However, depending on the level of security they put in this dongle, that MAY be a lost cause. Some vendors have been known to tie entire functions / classes stored onto this dongle, which means it COULD be useless without it.
