Hello! Unfortunately many do not help with IP address management.
Here is a live example, hetzner is expensive for IP addresses.
I bought an ovh tol server, So you Start -ovh, and hetzner redirects IP addresses, or where it would be very expensive to give an IP address to the server.
It can be done, cheap vps 512 mb ram unlimited data traffic, minimum 0.5 gbps and many IP addresses (/28 ip address or more), and redirects all lP blocks to your server.
Tested working, virtfusion, virtualizor, solusvm!

1000 reactions required?

Also with Hetzner usage of those subnet is pretty straightforward

I expect you will be limited in bandwidth to the max permitted to Ovh VPS(or whoever you use), in this case 0.5 gbs. Were Ovh VPS would be the gateway and all Ovh Ip addresses routed threw it? Or am I wrong?

ovh server (soyoustart), 250 mbps, or 500 mbps or 1 gbps
vps and cheap ips + 1 gbps

I wanted to clear the case. The method here will limit bandwidth to that of the gateway, meaning your connection can only be as fast at the cheap vps in question, as well as having a route that might not be optimized, ping would be the sum of the whole route. A better solution could be to lease a subnet of ip addresses from a 3rd party company who does just that, then have Ovh, hetzner or whoever route them for you. Ovh actually states you can bring your ip’s and I believe hetzner and most others do too. Some ip addresses will be wasted in the routing process (may be 2) but you will get full network performance, bgp will do its job and as a plus your datacenter will not get the pesky copyright complaints🤣🤣 (if you use your servers for naughty business). The ip address supplier/asn subscriber will get all legal communications. This is what the commercial vpn guys do.
All said, your option is still worth considering and has many use cases. For a small setup it would not be worth leasing ip addresses from a specialist. So yeah, thumbs up for the idea. On a side note, depending what you are doing, you might want to use a datacenter that does not entertain or respond to certain complaints, both mentioned datacenters are not likely to ignore infringements. Regards

In a subnet you will always lose the first ip, first usable ip (act as gateway) and last ip.
Also you need to consider that the extra vps is a extra security risk/oversight...

It’s just like a proxy, ideally the VPS would be an offshore location. Just a ‘router’, so to say. However very little data would be in the vps, just a few ip addresses. You don’t even need virtualization to do it. But the vps is something more to babysit..
