why dont use xtream ui ?
Because XtreamUI is shit for this purpose. Everyone thinks XtreamCodes based platform is the best but truth is that it is total shit. When you try to make an all-in-one solution, you get shit because it is not focused for a specific use. All the OTHER streaming servers mentioned above are eons better!

Is there a way to create 24/7 and be able to run them from cloud storage?

may be you can use s3fuse via amazon s3 or any other cheap s3 providers and mount it locally, i am using that method with Wowza to store large amounts of VOD.

You will be bottlenecked by the bandwith limit as it may use large amount of data to run it 24x7, for VOD this setup is fine, not suggested for 24x7 channels or DVR storage. Some storage providers give free egress but the data downloaded should be equal to or less than the total stored data. Amazon is a very expensive choice, but they are the fastest.

there is no solution viable for using cloud storage. use local storage.
Ok local storage is no problem I was just wondering. What’s the best process or software to create the 24/7 channels? I know using the XUI panel has bugs

Ok let me re-phrase the question. If someone did not want to use XUI what would be the next best solution? Or what would you suggest instead of XUI?

Any should work if used correctly.

Plex, Or Emby Server
I don’t think those will work for creating channels. He needs a streaming server, not a home media server (yes, I know people “try” to use it for content delivery.) Different can of worms with that topic.

I have achieved this with multiple streaming servers, (XUI, Flussonic, WOWZA) I was just curious cause I saw the topic, figured maybe someone has come up with a New or more efficient way to achieve this or a new product that might do this was all.
