Flood attack from any ip address

Hi, i made a new user yesterday on my panel xc v1.6, it worked ok for 3 hours, after 3 hours his ip was blocked for flood attack,

i'm sure it didn't make any attacks, but i keep unlocking it and after a few minutes it crashes again, how can i fix it?

I assume you have added his IP address to the whitelist already correct?

you could also manually go in from the command line side (ssh into server) and create directly an iptables rule to always allow that IP address.

I would first validate that you have added his IP to the allowed list.

Should be under settings, look for “Flood IP Exclusions” you can add the IP in there and you should be good to go
