I asked for money back on paypal they say : if you cancel the dispute I open the panel for you immediately

I told them none of that.

Open the panel and I'll cancel the dispute later.

they returned my money today

I think Paypal must have blocked their balance and the only solution is for them to return the money so that they can move on to the paypal account later.
