Question Expired Video

Hi Guys,

Obviously I am running version 22F on Xtream UI, Has anyone come across issues with the expired videos not playing.
I have all 3 custom videos setup and they have always worked on the old Xtream Codes setup, The stream offline works fine and if I manually expire an account the video shows up but if the expiry date passed automatically for some reason the expired video doesn't show on customers devices.
Anyone else come across this?

There is a post on here telling you how to set it up and how to transpose the file to .ts to.work with xcui

Can't remember where but it's definatly searchable as that's how I previously found.it.

Else I'm sure there is someone on here selling offline videos that you can just add to.your server.

I have custom ts videos that i made for Xtream Codes, Like i said in my post the offline video works perfectly but it's when Xtream UI suspends the line itself, it doesnt show up. Its the same ts videos I have used for several years and they did work fine.

So just to update on this.
I have done a bit of playing and as soon as an account turns to expired (if i manually change the date to today's date) then the expired video shows.
I have just come back and tested it again about 4 hours after and now it's not showing, just a black screen.
What am i missing?
