I have the panel on https website but not on root folder example

https://you-web-server.com/tna_app/config/panel

Edited the app per the guide pointing to the config folder but the app closes as soon as I try to open it. Any ideas?

Edit sorted that I used root folder and it's working fine.

I now receive an Error RRS
