error with my profile i think

hi guys, not sure if this is affecting anyone else mayhe just my profile,

anytime i click on a resource i get this message

"No permission to download"

this is happening on every resource i click on, can any admins help

You aren't the only one. I paid for VIP before the new change and can't access anything either lol
