Question Delay on streams

Hi all,
I have a problme. My streams starts after 5-6 second an all players. I do not have them on demand!
What can be the problem?
I am using ui!
My main server is Intel Core i7-6700 Quad-Core and 64 GB ram and at the moment ram and cpu is under 15%
Can you please help me?

Have check ping, eg response time to the address of provider server?

I did MTR test and also contacted with the provider and no problem found!

from your Pc, ping to your LB ip
then ping to another ip server where you get fast zapping channel ( open fastly ), just to see the diffrence

it's hard to know it's main issue, because possible also on an weak LB server
just do not put anything in main server, just let it working for manage sql and xtream panel
do not forget that your main server have weak cpu and it's recommended to be changed, the main server not need to have high guaranteed speed internet to avoid high pricing, just an good cpu and enough ram, and not from htzner, there is others provider worldstream or ovh or online.net
for start max price for main 60-100 euros
i7-6700 Quad-Core and 64 GB this kind of server better to be use as LB just for one channel or two channel that have peak time watching
or many channels without overload peak time
