Custom Vps server configuration

Hello i am looking for someone who is knowledgable regarding a specific configuration in relation to a vps server, Ive tried to work this out and couldnt, basically after the vps server has been installed to use a script the ip address is getting blocked after 2-3 days, is there any way this can be prevented? If someone messages me i will explain more in a pm. Thank you
