Now getting the source code is easy, making it work correctly is hard.
I have attached a dex to java decompiling tool with a bat script to help you build a Gradle for android studio.

absolutely it is, my only issue with uploading and downloading a file to their site is when the internet is slow or no internet at all. This also isn't as friendly when trying to create the gradle project in android studio. I found this application to be more user friendly, both great tools to learn.

Absolutely right. I tend to just convert Smali to Java in-apps like MT or NP and just quickly browse I've the code for when I'm making subtle changes.

You should write a tutorial on Going from APK to Grade Project and mark it as a resource. ?

ill work something out. As it's not an easy task, putting myself in someone who does not know what they are doing. It's going to be hard explaining why some attributes need to be adjusted, things need to be updated ect to make the gradle into a functional project. It will take some time, but ill have one up sooner than later.

This tool due to its achievements has been migrated and converted to JADX which is now part of many apk tool decompiles options.
