is any one having problems with community fiber not working ?

Idk what community fiber is. They probably have some type of security setting on their routers. So tell them to login to their community fiber account and turn off a setting. Like a security shield etc

Community Fiber is an ISP in UK. I know workarrounds how to fix that. Depending on ifrastructure you might have Domain/IP block.
