Are you caching everything and are the channels on the same domain? If yes, that might be the problem. Media CDN is a separate paid service of Cloudflare and they don't support live streaming.
Add the channels to CF cache exclusion

Make sure you are streaming to/from Cloudflares accepted ports, they only allow certain ones.
