how can i get vod download limit working?

change numbers to:

Vod download speed: 6000
VOD Download Limit : 100

but still full download speed....

Can you explain ?

good evening everyone I wanted to point out an error also present on the official 22f, that is, a part is missing in api.php that allows the restart of the services or reboot of the server. Currently if you select restart_services the machine restarts, as it is present in api.php only reboot. I have made the necessary corrections and if you authorize me, I am attaching the files

it's not an issue, ofcourse if you set transcode, you will not use symlink
symlink is option just to use the same folder where the movies without transcoded

doesnt work here, you set transcode and it still uses symlink
