problems importing streams list by m3u?

1) edit the php.ini file and set file_uploads = On you can update it with the terminal:

SSH Connect to your server and edit the php.ini file by running this command:
CODE: SELECT ALL

nano /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/php/lib/php.ini
then find file_uploads by pressing CTRL + W and type file_uploads and if it is set to Off, set it to On.
then save the file with CTRL + X then Y with ENTER.

Now restart the XTREAM with this command:
CODE: SELECT ALL

/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/start_services.sh

Thank you very much i already check this value and it is ON , i havent problem with oldest ck versions i used 19 and all it was working in 21 F not moded we had this issue but solved with changing stream.php and streams.php but with ck39 thes files are encrypted i don't know if i can change them with old unencrypted files ?

A while ago I had a similar problem. I tried to import an m3u list but the panel failed and didn't import the channels.
Testing I realized that it was a problem with the m3u header within the list. I changed it, tried importing the list, and added all the channels.
Did you check this?

yes my m3u header is

#EXTM3U
and i clear my firefox cache too unfortunatly without success i think y have to remove admin folder and reinstall .

Are you running CF or DDOSGUARD or something like that on your LBs? If so you need to had the forward real IP to the nginx conf

he put a direct stream on his panel
you see the same channel being pulled by all his clients
only to warn him or turn off the exchange

Why network speed returns me to 127?

i've got this same issue , i'm setting it to 1000 MB and it keep going back to 127 mb , even tried changing values on sql direct , it keep coming back to 127 Mb for some reason
