Please give Cesar some time to finish the revision he is working on and for suggestions i would highly recommend posting in a format that helps him understand what is requested and makes this tread a more productive one.

Example 1:
Feature request : Active Code
Works with App : ******
App available on request (example only - i dont have have active code apps).

Example 2:
Feature Request : Mass add Radio
Description: Setup similar to mass series add where you have basic mandated fields
Fields: station name, station URL, logo URL
The rest can be done via Mass edit.​

Closing statement: remember Cesar is basically working alone for the most part (with some help here and there from other people) so please be patient as the last thing you want to do is make him bored of the all the notifications and spam messages on here that are not mod related, if its not directly Cesar's mods related please use the search feature of WOI and find the appropiate thread, if there isn't one create one.

My apologies to the admins of WOI and Cesar for this post but it needs to be said.

Active code is not secure. Is not smart to use something unsecure.



No problem to use any mac address. Give more details what mac address you try to add.

My question is why? Why not transcode the channel then put the link into a dedicated server XCUI install?

Why use a raspberry pi? Transcoding the channels will kill the pie very, very quickly!

I was thinking about energy efficiency.
As far as I am aware, Raspi 4 can do NVENC Transcoding too.

It might be able to do it, but again the question is why would you use it for it. As said it will kill it very quickly if you attempt to do multiple transcodes.

If your wanting to install XC on your pi and by the way if your using XC to do the transcode it will take a lot of cpu but you’ll need to install Ubuntu on the PI and then setup as normal or try using standard raspos

It is bad etiquette to hi-jack a thread asking for help installing on a non-supported device. XC nor XtreamUI (just an admin panel) is designed for such purpose. Stop being cheap and rent a server. When you return from your banishment, I hope to see better.
