this is false ... because since version 18 i think i added the geolite check and if it goes to 0 it automatically replaces it again

check sudoers, I m sure is this, I help a friend from this forum and we just change sudoers file as @cesarkrespo recommend in bigginning of this topic and be happy. You can send me a pm if have problem.

Than you have not updated with mod 22 , only mod 22 have this files
Look from early messages , you can find commands how to update the latest mod 22
