i would like to ask for a solution for vod and series problem when i add it to loadbalance by arabic titles it dont show up it come with symbols oly

same problem with greek and turk charakters here

My advice is explore your settings before reporting so.called issues.

I remember someone posting on WOI that you need to change something in the database to allow non English characters.

Internal player works fine

Yes and it has always worked for me.
But since the last update, all I get is eternal spinning wheel of death lol

Did you add an appropriate login into the panel settings to enable the player?
Has the login got permissions to all live and vod?

YES & YES, I am not new to this. I created 10 different lines and none has worked. HLS allowed, connections 10, Expiry Unlim.
User details added to SETTINGS > XTREM UI > PLAYER CRED.
Remade MAIN & ALL BALANCERS like 10 times, REBOOTED ALL SERVERS. Still no luck.

Solutions are there

I've setup numbers servers running with these mods and no issues.
Maybe another can comment.
Remember not all browsers support all video formats.
The best experience I have is opera gx.

The SSL Certs are already installed and configured on the server and it works fine. But how to get the playlist url's directly with https prefix ?
Also "use_https" in the DB and as well as under Settings "Main or Loadbalance https" is configured.

Can somebody explain what this two option exactly do/change in XtreamUI ? Becauce i can't see any changes on XtreamUI ?
