Are you totally sure about this? I do not why in my panel does not work, i am using http://localhost:25461/blabla/fox.php. with the same IP of my server which is executing the php file

this happens a lot if they have banned you now you may as well give up they are gonna keep doing it and not even rotating proxies will help
