here is what it needs to have inside as well and i can state on here how many parts there are to be filled in in each option

App Store has 6 parts as follows below

the id needs to be set to auto increment

id, app_name, app_id, app_description, app_banner, app_install_url

Notifications has 5 parts as follows below

id, title, description, banner, reference_url

Push Update has 4 parts as follows below

package_name, version, force_update, apk_url

Change User & Pass has 2 parts as follows below

username, password

please if anyone could make a database for this please it would help a great deal

just us phpmyadmin. sounds like you need 1 database with 3 tables. make your database. make your tables. make your columns. not hard. couple of clicks.
