Best practices to gain more customers?

Since the XC shutdown, it has been harder to get customers. You have to stay away from YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc because of the high risk so what are are some safe best practices to gain more customers? I have 5 services and I have only added a few new customer hear and there over the past 6 months.

How do you guys sell locally or how do you get more traffic to your websites for ordering? These types of answer would be beneficial to everyone.

hi mate i just find word of mouth is better and safe i didn't really lose many from the xc shutdown i was open and honest with what was happening and now get referrals every day i find if i help my customers the respect that and tell there friends

You should never have gone neer youtube in the first place thats just stupid

I dont have a website and i dont use facebook or youtube and never have and i do more than good enough i have been in buissness for 7+ years now and have had the exact same playpal all that time as well

if you want customers then simply offer a good product at a good price and do it in a way thats not stupid!

the amonut of idiots i have seen posting youtube videos offering 1 year for like $30 then 2 months later getting shut down is crazy

price your product properly fair enough it may be illegal iptv but you know what its still tv you can offer a higher price for better quality so long as its still below the average for a legal product in your marketed countries

having twitter is not a bad i dead nore facebok you have just got to know how to do buissness dont be stupud and go naming channels of football clubs or events that just crazy they all search there own brands everyday its how buissness is done its how you find out if people like your product or are taling about it so when a company searches there name the last thing you want them to see if you page
just follow these rules



1. block as many official pages as you can sports / tv / isp
2. dont use the workds iptv or anything like it stick to works like ( multimedia | personal media ) and so on
3. dont ever post names of channels games events teams and clubs
4. if you can make sure you verify every buyer visit there facebook or twitter see who they are ( read below )

the amount of times i have looked at someone twitter profile and found out they work for a tv company like comcast or sky is crazy seach names on linked in and stuff secure your selfs and your customers the ip blocked during football are done because they get an account to your service and getyour server ips from there so dontlet them get an account be smart!

5. offer as many diffrent payment options as you can and if you accept bitcoin or other crypto make a suer easy to follow guide so none tech savy people can follow it and buy securly !

6. pick the right name for your company and logo presentation is key if your logo looks like a kids done it then it just looks bad you want something sleek something a real company would use.

7. if you can make a private group for your customers on discord or telegram keep them all in one place then every year or two change your name and logo and hosting servers for apps and stuff ( bob and weve ) make it harder to track you dont remember an investigation takes time and its harder to investigate a moving target !

8. resellers !! VET THEM ALL dont let anyone resell for you with out asking them where and how they plan to also set ground rules the same as above and set a min selling price so they dont under value your product and name

I never said I went to youtube...just throwing that out there! But Thanks for the information! This is really helpful. Part of the reason I wanted this out here was so people joining will these practices and not go to youtube or social media.

I try to get paid with Cash App or PayPal Friends and Family to avoid taxes in the states, but when I pay my suppliers in the UK they recommend Venmo

I don't know if it does work in Canada, I don't have many users from Canada. Its owned by square and there are no fees to receive or use a credit card to send money. Also no chargebacks either so that's a big reason I like to use it. I get customers who order 3 months on PayPal through my site and then do a chargeback for all three months saying they never got their login. Even though there is activity on their account...
