Best playout software for rtmp streaming output

I have problem with insta 4 to do the rtmp streaming output as CPU usage goes up to 100% very quick.
Wirecast is same.
Any recommendation?
For low CPU usage

But do not forget that the consumption of these resources depends on your transcoding settings.
I suggest that you write:
- Your PC configuration
- IN video resolution, codec and bitrate
- OUT the video resolution, codec and bitrate you want to send

Marsis Playout (or something else) > NewTek NDI > OBS, IP Transcoding or something else you want. NDI is a bridge that connects many software, give it a tool for free and you can download it from the official site.
