3.create subdomain from domain you buyed (turn on proxy on cloudflare) and point to spare ip for main server
4.install xcui software
5.by LB and setup it

always its about numbers calculate SD stream 2-2.5 Mb HD 5 to 10 Mb. no one can tell you what you exacly need evrithing is depend what you are trying to achive, simple sell to clients streaming with on demand or full streaming . calculate and 1 gb servers without garantee dont push it over 350-500 Mb max thats just my advice. there is nothing unlimited and in this field evrithing is just about Money.

As I understand if your main server up blocked u have spare up u can replace to main as back up
Due to PL MATCHES UK MANY USER SYSTEM DOWN
